NSM Philadelphia to receive Human Rights Award

Congratulations! New Sanctuary Movement of Philadelphia will receive a 2010 Human Rights Award from the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations! NSM was nominated for the award by Rabbi Rebecca T. Alpert, a Commissioner of the PCHR.

Monthly Coalition Meetings

At our monthly coalition meetings, individuals and persons representing faith communities across Philadelphia meet with NSM facilitators to discuss current issues, share stories and develop plans for action. During this open gathering, interested persons can see what NSM is all about, and have the opportunity to become more involved by joining one of our working groups.

Please check our calendar for upcoming dates and to verify meeting locations. Coalition meetings are typically held at 7pm on the second Thursday of the month at Cardinal Bevilacqua Community Center / 2646 Kensington Ave / Philadelphia.
